How it works?
EA-Individual Programming works through remote coaching in 5 easy steps:
Initial ConsultationOur first consultation is about you. It is at this stage that you will get to know your coach, who wants to get to know you and your goals. This first meeting is done through a video call, so that your coach better understand where you are and where you want to go, what experiences you have had and how you would like to train. In this call, you will talk about your nutrition and training habits, but you will also talk about your lifestyle so that your Coach can help you make some subtle adjustments that will give you better results.
AssessmentYour Coach sends you assessments and tests that you will have to complete over a few days, between one or two weeks. These assessments will be general and highly specific to you. Your Coach wants to see how you move, how you behave in training and also how you feed yourself. This is a great starting point to understand how far you need to go with your training and your lifestyle.
TrainingThe training is adapted to you and your needs. Your Coach sets the general plan (depending on your level) and then sends you your first week of training. You will always have the equivalent of one week of training so that you can plan your weeks accordingly. The training and the results of the training are delivered through the CoachRx application, so that your Coach can watch specific movements and exercises to ensure that you are moving, breathing and setting the right pace, so that this way he can guarantee that you are moving in the right direction daily, weekly and over a longer period of time with your training and program.
LifestyleWe want your dedication to training to be reflected in the 24 hours of your day. We will help you to optimize your recovery, nutrition and your lifestyle. These factors will help you to maximize your training results.
Monthly ConsultationEvery month you have a meeting, via video call, with your Coach so that you can discuss the main topics of the training, as well as have an overview of the program. These meetings are great opportunities to ask questions, continue to connect with your nutrition and make sure you are aligned with your recovery practices to get the best possible results.
